Scope: Web Design and Development
The Dominican Republic Mission Team needed to redesign its existing website to better engage viewers and communicate its current efforts.
The DRMT originally started in the 1990s as a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Wallingford, CT. Since then, hundreds of individuals across the nation have traveled to the Dominican Republic to serve alongside local organizations in the city of La Romana. The work of the team includes food distribution, construction projects and medical clinics completed in conjunction with local organzations.
Taking in mind that the current website ranks highly in search engine results pages, an aim of the website is to drive registration for both the annual Summer and Winter trips.
